Under direction of Vice President of Operation, plans, organizes, and provides
supervision and oversight for daily operations and activities in an assigned area which
includes residential and non-residential properties; supervises and evaluates the work of
crew technicians; inspects and troubleshoots issues with projects as they arise; performs
related work as required.
Under direction of a Hardscape Supervisor, execute daily operations and activities in an
assigned area which includes residential and non-residential properties.
Assist the Landscape Supervisor by producing landscape projects on time and on
budget.
Operate in a proper, efficient, and safe manner the various pieces of equipment required
to complete landscape projects, to install landscaping projects.
The Lawn Care Supervisor works in the field (on our clients’ properties), performing
lawn care services, providing customer service, selling lawn care services, and managing
production, equipment, and operations for lawn care. Reports to the Vice President of
Operations.
The Lawn care crew member works in the field (on our clients’ properties), performing
lawn care services, providing customer service, and shrub care services. The crew
member reports to the Lawn Care Supervisor.
Lead and manage crews and projects while producing landscaping projects on time, on
budget, and within the required parameters of the project. Reports to Vice President of
Operations.
