Todd Kavanagh
Todd Kavanagh graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication in 1994. During his time at the University, he gained valuable customer service experience with United Parcel Service. Subsequently, he went on to market sales and personal development courses for Dale Carnegie Training, one of the premier Professional Development companies in the U.S. After 27 years in Southern California, he permanently relocated to North Idaho in 1998. Following in his Father’s footsteps as a real estate broker, Todd became actively licensed with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty in November 2001. During his 20-year career with Coldwell Banker, Todd earned his Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation in 2012 and has since become an Associate Broker in both Idaho & Washington. He specializes in helping buyers and sellers of new and existing residential neighborhood homes, residential properties on acreage and vacant land. As a Certified Pre-License Instructor, Todd’s goal is to pass on his experience from hundreds of closed real estate transactions to the next generation of licensees!
