While we don't explicitly offer "reseller" plans, there are ways around that. You can sell bespoke services without direct access to our control panel, or you can host sites on behalf of your customers and bill them directly.
Remove it! If you are confident your site has a virus (not just taking Wordfence's word for it) then you should know how to remove it. If you don't know how to remove a file from your account, you shouldn't be hosting with us. With that being said, if it's an extremely persistent bug, wiping your account may be the best solution. Reach out if you'd like to do that.
If you don't know how to do this, our hosting isn't for you.
